1、When will I receive my package?
Online orders are usually shipped within 2 days of receiving the order. Most orders will be delivered within 5 days after shipment; be aware that this can vary depending on region. You can always check the status of your order by logging in to your Womangift.

2、Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order has been placed, you are unable to make any changes or additions to your order.
Contact customer service to request that the order be modified before shipment. Once shipped, no information or product attributes can be changed.
3、How quiet are your products?
Womangift products set the standard for discreet, quiet operation. At full power, they are no louder than low-level conversation in a library.
4、Is your packaging discrete?
Your discretion is essential to us, so we made sure our packages come in plain cardboard without any big letters and logos. However, due to law and various customs regulations, and international inspections, the waybill label must contain written information about the sender, which comes in tiny letters.
5、How much does it cost to ship to my country?
Regular shipping of Womangift products is free, but we also offer other shipping options that require additional duties, fees, or taxes outside the EU and US raised by the authorities in your country that we have no control over.
6、Can I apply several coupon codes on one order?
It is not possible to apply more than one coupon code per order. But only the sky is the limit when it comes to the number of orders you can make.
7、What materials are Womangift toys made of?
All Womangift pleasure devices are made of specially engineered body-safe silicone and ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) thermoplastic polymer, which add to their waterproof properties. Both materials are considered safe, non-toxic, with no known adverse health effects reported as a result of long exposure to the material.
The plastic does not leach, nor is it carcinogenic, and it is also used in the manufacture of children’s toys. Silicone is resistant, nonporous, and will not harbor bacteria. It is odorless and contains no harmful chemicals, such as BPA, lead, latex, or phthalates.
Most importantly, all devices are made for longevity and endurance, ensuring safe use on all intimate occasions. Make sure to keep your devices in a dry, safe place without exposure to extreme heat or direct sunlight.
8、How To Clean And Store
After you’ve had your fun, it’s time for clean-up and after care. For both you, and your vibrator J You know what to do for yourself, so we’ll only recommend the steps for your vibrator:
Clean the device with warm water and soap. And then run it through some hot water to wash any traces of soap. Pat it dry with a clean lint-free cloth or microfiber towel so there is no fluff left on it.
